Catalyzing Green Power
RenCat is a member of Climate-KIC Alumni since 2016
RenCat is developing a technology that will bring the cost of hydrogen generation for fuel cells down by orders of magnitude.
The competing Palladium based membrane is very expensive and has stability problems. These challenges are removed by the crux of the technology which is the invention of a mixed stable metal oxide catalyst replacing Palladium. The technology offering solutions for potential customers in telecom and automotive applications was developed at DTU Physics.
RenCat is based in Copenhagen, Denmark.
