Join us at COP16!

EIT Climate-KIC will participate in COP16, the 16th Conference of the Parties to the Convention on Biological Diversity, from 21 October to 1 November in Cali, Colombia. With around 14,000 delegates expected, this summit will build upon the historic Kunming-Montreal Global Biodiversity Framework (GBF) established at COP15, aiming to reverse biodiversity loss by 2030.

We will engage in several key sessions focused on advancing innovative solutions for biodiversity and climate action. On 23 October, we will join a panel at the Marriott Hotel for the Campfire Dialogues to discuss New Impact Investment Models for Innovation and Bioculturality. This session, featuring prominent speakers from Colombia and Mexico, will explore how blended finance strategies can transform environmental conservation.

We look forward to impactful discussions and collaborating with global leaders to drive sustainable finance solutions that enhance biodiversity.
