Healthy soils for Europe: science to policy event

Mark your calendars for a discussion bridging science and policy about healthier soils for Europe.

The EU policy arena is very dynamic, with the recent proposals on a Soil Monitoring Law and a Carbon Removals and Carbon Farming certification framework, as well as discussions in preparation for the next Common Agricultural Policy (CAP).

This event, organised by the European Joint Programme on Agricultural Soil Management (EJP SOIL), will convene national and EU policy makers as well as scientists to reflect on latest scientific developments in the field of climate-smart agriculture.

EIT Climate-KIC expert in land use and agri-food systems Saskia Keestra will intervene at the event.
