Jornada resiliencia climática en ciudades

Join us in Valencia, the 2024 EU Green Capital, for an impactful annual event on climate resilience in cities.

The event will bring together experts and leaders to address critical themes in climate change, including mitigation strategies, member state adaptation plans, and corporate sustainability. It will also be the opportunity to present the latest findings in the global CO2 emissions report by Fundación Empresa y Clima.

The discussions will also include insights from COP16 on biodiversity, and will feature keynote presentations from leading organisations:

• European Commission: Insights into the EU’s role in driving the energy transition.
• Spanish Office of Climate Change: National climate strategy and initiatives.
• EIT Climate-KIC: climate resilience expert Celsa Monros will explore regional adaptation strategies and EIT Climate-KIC’s work, such as the DesirMED programme.
• Global Omnium: a leading water utility, they will share insights on carbon footprint management and sustainable practices.
