Objectives of this Masterclass
In a series of online films and webinars, Eldridge Labinjo will show you how to connect, manage and achieve better results during your video conferences and virtual meetings, and to raise general productivity.
During these exceptional and challenging times, more of us are working from home than ever. While in a crisis achieving our goals requires us to refine our approach, develop more choices and realise possibilities. Influencing, managing and guiding others, which have always been important factors for any successful start-up, become essential in times of crisis. A five-minute chat in the office has, in some cases, become a lengthy conference call and often even longer video meeting eating up time as well as energy. To add to this, the way that we normally deal with problems like; how to create certainty and understanding with key partners, investors and/or clients, for many of us, has lost that human touch.
