New equity crowdfunding programme unearths cleantech start-ups
Found by us, funded by you, a new start-up investment programme by Climate KIC and Seedrs, is now open for pre-registration.
Over the last ten years, Climate KIC has helped innovators transform ideas into early-stage start-ups that apply commercial logic to the climate challenge. However, these start-ups require equity investment to better grow, take risks and work towards a net-zero and resilient economy.
Found by us, funded by you aims to unearth interesting cleantech start-ups and provide investors with a rolling pipeline of climate-aligned investment opportunities. The programme is hosted on the Seedrs platform, enabling easy access to detailed information about the featured start-ups, including terms, pitch decks and founder Q&As. Seedrs also allows start-ups to close funding rounds faster, to focus on developing their core business.
In advance of the public launch, Climate KIC and Seedrs are launching a pre-registration campaign, seeking to anchor investment in an opening cohort of three start-ups. Pre-register to indicate interest and gain early access to the campaign here. Please note that investing in start-ups carries high risk to your capital.
More investment opportunities will follow, as Climate KIC and Seedrs plan to expand the programme throughout 2021.
