EIT Climate-KIC and Amazon announce the launch of the Amazon Sustainability Accelerator, a 12-week bespoke programme to support early-stage start-ups that are developing more sustainable consumer products or technology that can help the industry recycle products more effectively and efficiently.
Start-ups based in the EEA, Switzerland or the UK are encouraged to apply. Selected participants can benefit from:
- A €12,000/£10,000 equity-free grant
- $25,000 worth of AWS Activate credits
- €500 Amazon Advertising credits
- Workshops, mentorship and office space
- Free access to Amazon Launchpad for a year
- Climate Impact Forecast by EIT Climate-KIC
How to apply
- You can apply via the website. Applicants must be prepared to commit to a 3-month programme commencing from 2 May 2023, and finishing with a demo day on the 20th of July.
- The accelerator will be operated in a hybrid manner (mixing online and in-person support) allowing you to benefit from face-to-face support when you most need it, while having the flexibility and ease to participate in activities online. However, please note that weeks 1 (2/5/2023 – 5/5/2023),6 (5/6/2023 – 9/6/2023) and 12 (17/7/2023 – 21/7/2023) must be attended in person.
