Chromatography is the most significant and most used chemical analytical process, enabling to separate and analyse complex chemical mixtures like water, food or medicines with great precision. For making an analysis, scientists need to find a specific collection of parameters and conditions. For this process a high volume of hazardous solvents is needed.

Chromesis is a Berlin-based Startup, which developed a database system with highly valuable expert information for chromatographic research. The database is providing information about how substances can be analysed more efficient, faster and more environmental friendly, by especially using less hazardous solvents, which are having a serious impact on CO₂ emissions.
