Online platform of Energy Performance Certificates
Currently there is no easy way for the public, energy product suppliers, utility companies and municipalities to utilize the energy information given in Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) of buildings. This is due to the fact that the information available is stored in such a way that it is not accessible by everyone in an efficient way.
ENERMAP is an online platform that displays the EPCs, along with other energy data in an easy way and with the user in mind. It displays this information in the form of a map, but other websites will also be able to pull this information and display it on their website through the use of an API.
ENERMAP is currently focusing on expanding its database in order to increase consumer awareness on building energy performance, as well as providing tools for both consumers and businesses to make educated decisions for where they choose to live, shop, and work.
